COVID SAFE POLICIES

With our borders reopening we have new policies that will be put into place beginning December 15th. 

Your Temperature will be taken on arrival and we ask if you could check in. 

We will require you to wear a mask for certain areas and procedures during your visit. Masks will be provided if your do not have your own. 

We ask while you attend your appointment please only bring essential family or carers. 

Our staff will be staying home if unwell and following all guidelines with covid testing. Please stay at home if you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms. In the event of a covid positive case in the practice we will follow all recommended protocols and may have to temporarily close for deep cleaning. If this happens we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to reschedule any appointments. 

Your, our teams and the community’s health and safely is our priority. We want to help minimise any risk of transmission by implementing these policies. We very much appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep everyone safe
